Did i ever tell you about my friend
the one who no one else can see
he watches my back in the dark
as he watches over me
he walks with me in my shadows
he'll walk me to my grave

my soul carrys the burden for all that he has sinned
i dont know if he follows me our if i follow him

i have a friend
one that no one else can see
if i ever took my own life
he'd be the one to take it from me
i've killed myself a 1000 times
but never get no work done
iv'e been sittin' here counting the hours
waiting on kingdom come
