A Fairy’s Touch
Starlight and moonbeams and dew drops on flowers gleam
That beckon to the Fairy’s touch
Grasshoppers, crickets, they sing their songs
In the night to the one that they love
Fire flies light up the night
Among the flowers they glide
Look and you’ll see, they come gather the dew
They come, the Fairy in flight
Oh how the flowers they beckon so much
For is love that of a Fairy’s touch
They spread their wings and so gleam in the moonbeams
As they so spread their Fairy dust
All through the night as you close your eyes
And as you lay fast asleep
They take to flight and fly in the moonlight
And sprinkle their stardust for dreams
So when you lay asleep in the moonlight
And you remember so perfect that dream
Remember the night, a Fairy took flight
Your dream arrived on it’s wing.
