Never thought I would fall in love
I’m the kind of girl who never gets it right
who can't find her way
Who hopes eventually she'll be okay.
Dreamt of my night in shinning armour
My own Cinderella story
But I knew fairy tales never came true
Not for a girl like me
I always thought I would stand alone
The world against me
Never thought love would find me
Then came a guy who
Never swept me of my feet
I didn’t fall in love at 1st sight
didn’t see the stars
Or feel the world stop
Never knew he would be the one
Looking on the sweet moments
Cant help but smile
my prince never swept me off my feet
Never made me swoon
Or bend to my will
He matched my anger
And my passion
Made me smile
And cry
Laugh and scream
He pushed me as far as I could go
And still I loved him
So the small bliss in a lovers kiss
A gentle touch sends a shiver
A small smile just 1
Just for me
Sweet words whispered in twilight
Stolen hours by the sunlight
The tears came as fast as the smiles
He made me cry
Broke my heart and left me to bleed
Yet I still love him
Through the tears I see the smiles
The broken heart bleeds the memories
The kisses and the butterflies
If I fell I knew it was for him
A smile in a blizzard of tears
My light in the darkest hour
The guy who makes me smile through the tears
My prince did sweep me off my feet
And make my world spin
I just didn’t know it
He was my gentle conqueror
Even as I think back to the times we shared
I cant help but smile
Even when the song has long since sung the last symphony
The music still remains in the air
Just a distant beat
A sweet note just one
For my true love an me
Our story shall live through the ripples of memories
Of those who knew us
Love found is a gift
Love given is faith
Love lost is pain
Love felt in eternal
