Down Memory Lane
footprints on the sand of time
dawn yawning waiting for the sun
cicadas are mute no wings to fly
back on yestertimes
rickety bike
complaining how the worn out shoe
kicked his butt and kicked his ass
back on faded yesterdays
rain so cold
breathlessly pouring down
ached hearts and wounded souls
waylaid on damp ground
down down down on memory lane
nobody cares by now
that had just begone
memories out of time
