When did you know?
Did your temperature drop?
Heart beat slow down?
Eyes burn at looking at me?
Was it a single moment?
A special place in time
When you felt the spark
Go out?
When you knew
The death of our love
Was imminent
Did you
Even try to fan the flames?
Blow on the dying embers?
Throw caution to the wind?
What happened to our June
Turned instant September?
