Dissipation
Do you remember...
one many sought?
Her beauty sated
was never bought.
Her conception mirrored
mounting hunger baited
passionate lusting men
had she never out fought?
But what of that?
Worms contemporary modern neuroses
consume intimidated fearful anxiety corpses.
While God solemnly commandment judges
his selected ripe first fruit for blemishes.
All bodies perfectly soul weighted
by physical beauty never swayed.
Tested by a rod of deeper Biblical measure
those who passed grade would live forever.
Failing bitter fruit
dissipated dissolved.
Given unto dust rot
dissolution disintegration.
