The Intended Switch
None of past drudgery
or situational same old repeats
To lead a life simpler before
what's left of the verve depletes
With affability treated a hallmark
coexistence point supreme
Where caring just as much sharing
is regarded part of the scheme
The time can't be inverted,
it's impending what one must amend
Ditch dreary for the cheery
and rest of the life indulgently spend
