The Delibrated Rove

Coerced sort of subsistence
where your soul doesn't belong

The right that was in earnest
with time has gone awfully wrong

It's just a step in front of the last one
in a melancholic mode

Where each avenue is familiar
with most streets earlier strode

Routine at times is daunting
with a longing for spirit to sway

To ditch comforting environs
and step out in a jumbled array

Whole lot would try and dissuade
for impending sensibilities to deter

Tad difficult may prove the final call on,
the path which one would prefer

Expected or if were otherwise
some point in future would try and spell

Proving heart's precedence prevailing over
what head was trying to tell
