Faith Misplaced
Induced I were to witness,
a congregation of a peculiar type
The one with pompous fanfare
with coordinated sort of a hype
The purpose seemed structured
for testing a newer ground
To suss the local gullibility
and own beliefs on them propound
Odd is to notice few cerebrals,
the ones academically erudite
Indulging in pretentious spectacle
for heavenly favors infinite
Veneration of a living human,
is blasphemous in sense devout
Where divinity gets surpassed
and own exalt is impressed about
Omnipresent, Omnipotent and
Omniscient is just the Lord Supreme
No human but Him can alleviate,
the affliction in cases those extreme
