The Beginning Of The End
Time ticks by
Memories come flooding in
Why oh why
Can't she get over him
Its after three
a message from him
She'd get, usually
but still nothing
After five
and silence still
Her minds running wild
there's an emptiness to fill
Soon its dark
Her eyes start to tear
Silently weeping
the end is near
she thought she was strong
What a fool she'd been
He still has her heart
What he does with it remains to be seen
