Flower Power
Love was our weapon,
flowers our sword,
music our armour,
we sang till the dawn.
Peace man, be cool.
We were young
and our friendships
were tight.
We were tired but
never could say
goodnight.
Peace man,
have a nice day!
Then we drifted away
into our tomorrows
and destinies.
Remember your dreams
how you start life's
how you'll end it,
it seems.
