Is it you..
You who is the you that I know you to be
If it is you
Have you been trying to communicate
Your you...ness to me
I know I've asked
In the past
And maybe
You think I can
Clearly see
The you in the you..ness
But
It hasn't been apparent to me
Sometimes I think there is a you..ness in the you
But other times
I second and third and a hundred second guess
And I get lost in the guessing
Think about the probability
I take a step back from the you
That I thought I could see
Because, then, you aren't the you
Who is the you.. that is you
That means something
