When I Come Back
Keep my bed warm.
Though I'm out in the storm
And don't know when the sea will be calm.
Keep the fire from dying.
Though I'm out in the cold night
And don't know when the day will dawn.
Keep dreaming of me.
Though I'm awake in the faraway land
And don't know if I can ever reach you.
Keep my memory alive.
Though I'm waiting alone on the shore
And don't know when I can cross over.
