Not a Good Place to Die
Not a good place to die,
Airless room.
Blank walls.
Not a good place to die,
Here death hovers.
A disinfectant smell.
Not a good place to die,
Hid away from all.
Arid stark.
Not a good place to die,
No cool breeze.
Warm sun on face.
Not a good place to die,
Alone and scared.
Cold dark.
Not a good place to die
But die he did.
Non mourned.
