Do You Want To See Me Succeed Or Fail?
stop comparing me,
i'm not a thing,
but a human being,
i have feelings,
with everything you say,
it only put downs,
for what i'm not doing right,
with my life and how i'm living,
i looked to you,
to guild me and pick me up,
when i fall,
not for you to be like everybody else,
and place me under a label,
NO! ! !
that not me,
and that will never be me,
just as long as you,
be supportive,
and be there for me,
not part of my problem,
cuz at the end of the day,
i see how far i came,
and that all i can ask for myself,
anyday,
have i been true to the person,
i want to be?
