The Clearing

Insecure in all I see.
In every word,
every deed.
Seems no matter what I do.
I screw it up through and through.
How am I to keep from falling to my death?
Your words have killed.
Peace of mind is laid to rest.

No matter what I have to do,
I'll find a way to fight on through.
I'll show you how my strength is great.
How all you fools did underestimate.
Don't stop me nowI have no fear,
one day soon I'll be in the clear.

I'll tell the world what I've been through.
Pain and suffering felt so true.
I'll tell you all how I did try,
even though there were many times I could have died.
So step aside and please let me live.
Vicious digs I no longer want to take or give.

I look for peace.
I look for love.
What better to give and recieve a precious dove.
One day soon I hope it will pass.
I tire of this useless bit.
Confused and taken my soul is shaken.
Yet still I hope,
it is not breakin.
So now take heed I plant the seeds.
To find divine fortune which I need.
