Saddest Sight I Ever Done Seen - (#I.)

T'was the saddest sight I ever done seen,
Bridles here-
'An saddles there.

Why, there was even blankets and halters,
Made o' some of the nicest leather I'd ever come acrost.

All of it was just a sittin' there,
Like a bump on a log.

T'was a beautiful sight,
For a country girl.

T'was sad to know it had been a waitin' there,
Patient as a dog,
For quite some time now.

Why, it was covered in so much dust,
It looked as if it were done made o' velvet,
'Stead o' leather.

There was a horse trailer,
A place out in the country,
And hay-
Everything a cowboy could ever need.

This guy had all the accesories.

But, somethin' was missin'.
I wonder what it could be?

A horse! , of course.
Silly ole' me!

Yep.
A cowboy,
With everything western-

Up high,
Down low,
And in between-

T'was the saddest sight I ever done seen!
