From a Self Imposed Captivity
My lips...
Although seen to sit silent.
And maybe licked to press in twisted shifts.
I wish to speak to share this,
Within me.
And wanting more to free my tongue...
From a self imposed captivity.
And if I sat not saying anything at all...
Some would be impressed by my quietness.
Whether or not...
I can not express my request,
To be held.
Knowing this feeling within me,
Is not uncommon.
Perhaps rare...
That it is there!
And close it is,
Seeking to reach...
From its exposed surface.
