Ray O' Sunshine
From lurid tempestuous day,
brightness pierces nimbus rack.
Within Nature’s tumultuous rage,
out of chaos, survivor plucked.
Amid near intolerable, birthing pain,
Heaven’s gift of life delivered.
When frustration ravages wild,
one may find comforting calm.
Snatched from failure’s grasp,
victory’s voice, sweet claim.
Beyond the sadness, the tears,
within the ray o’ sunshine.
The strength to persevere awaits,
life again will smile.
