These are just a few words, the words I've heard
the words used to describe, who or what I am in their eyes
my heart is not an icebox, just different
irregular, so broken that it's normal
I'm all cried out with a smile
dismantled beyond repair, but in good condition
few scrapes and bruises but in working order
Invisible mother, no father I was born a bastard
a reject, an outcast surrounded by resentment
the ones who are meant to protect take care
and love me unconditionally are the same ones
who on countless of times have tried to destroy me
this excludes my great grandmother who kept me alive
my grandfather who is not my blood relation
but has loved and believed in me like I was his own
and my uncle who treated me like I was a brother
they're the coolest people I know and known
this is what I have, my thoughts and the way I present them
everything else doesn't matter. I am one broken thing
that doesn't need fixing, an uncontrollable smile
that cannot be taken, I'm the loneliest, happiest person
but before I die I hope the loneliness is taken out
and only happy remains
