City of life
I drive around the city of life
Looking for a turn that will make it right
Meanwhile taking in all the sites
As i stop for many lights
Wonder where I`m going
As traffic stopped flowing
Man in his yard mowing
Lady on the porch sewing
Man in his tow truck towing
Lost in the city of life
Thinking of the life we shared
Doing things no one dared
In a life so unfair
Then I realized how much we cared
How I miss you when your not near
As we twist and turn
On the streets of life
Made me remember what I`ve learned
Those memories will always burn
Through each and every turn
In this life I`m so concerned
That I make the right turn
