Apple in a tree
Love is hard i see
Like an apple in a tree
Not ready to be picked
It may make you sick
Sometimes we have to let it be
Time can be the key
Let it ripen
Just wait and see
Let it soften
Before you get on your knee
Take your time
Just move with ease
Like an apple in a tree
Some are rotten
Just let them be
Some are red
Wait for the right word to be said
Some are green
Sometimes they can be mean
Some are yellow
Just try to stay mellow
I know you feel like jello
When you find the right one
So juicy and sweet
Then love becomes a treat
