the natural tendency of the mind
is to chase the mind
be beyond the mind
be beyond the body
be conscious awareness
thoughts come, take them
for what they are
and release them
why chase
be in the moment
be awareness
let your conscious be
your consciousness
restrain your wandering mind
bring it back to your own house
bring it back within yourself
the wandering mind
runs in 10 directions
it needs to be pacified
and restrained
to do this is to be free
