Fat Girl, Thin Boy
He says:
My corpulent mistress, refreshingly fat,
Who loves me as much as her Siamese cat,
Maintains she prefers to have a thin lover,
Whose skeletal frame is absorbed in her blubber.

My skeletal boyfriend, ever so thin,
As slender, I tell you, as needle or pin,
May cause me, I fear, a measure of trouble,
When, with a sharp pr*ck, he bursts my bubble!
