I Don't Care!
I let people take pieces of me,
do what makes you happy.
The thing is I have become numb,
playing games to me.....dumb.
It's the disappointment that always comes....
I try not to predict an outcome!
It's always the same,
me...yep the blame.
I will give you an excuse to walk away,
I'm not in the mood to play.
Somewhere I have lost,
I don't care...at any cost.
You may think you are a catch,
to me...you are a minute,
just a patch.
Nothing can make me feel,
nothing can make me heal...
The only reason I breath in and out,
my children....that is what life is about.
I do thank God for them,
otherwise I would not be here....
but emotions,
to me,
a fear! ! !
I just simply don't care my dear! ! !
