Heart Yearns(Rictameter)
The Rictameter is:
a 9 line poem.
syllabic verse with graduated then diminishing number of syllables 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2.
rhymed or unrhymed, if rhymed the scheme is at the discretion of the poet.
The two syllable last line is a repeat of the first line..
Heart Yearns
For what else all
The whole world and its all
Truth is sleeping on its chamber
What can nudge and wake it up from its couch
Sins invade evil dressed to beat
Distressed Truth wakes lighted
Just the right deed
Heart yearns
