Mayilmannikkam(Cypress Vine,
Ipomoea quamoclit)
Tiny trumpets twinkling
Pink and red and white
Feathery leaves fanning
Charmed humming' respite
And I can have her annual
Seeds she thence to seedling
Thence in cycles perennial
Lo, divine Cypress dappling
