The Sermon On he Mount (Bible Poems For Children)
Jesus preached the gospel in Galilee,
Healing the sick, by the sea.
When he saw the large crowd,
He climbed the mountain,
preached very loud.
When the spirit is poor, with no hates,
The blessed kingdom, of heaven awaits.
Blessed are the gentle, and meek,
The earth is yours, to have and keep.
When hearts are pure, softly trod,
Someday your eyes will surely see God.
Let your light shine, in this world below,
So your good works will always show.
When you enter your room in prayer,
God will always meet you there.
Don't worry about clothing, and such,
God will provide with very much.
Jesus spoke as a teacher that day,
God will wash your sins away
