Crush the rebellion

I am determined to crush the rebellion,
Send them packing and back into pavilion,
I bring them to sense with high handedness,
If need be hang them in public to show hardness,

These were the methods practiced by rulers,
Single word to be upheld as doctrine or pillars,
No one to violate and nothing to question,
All in good faith so no question of rejection,

In modern days modus operand is changed,
Practice same but orderly and convincingly arranged,
Behind the doors malpractice cleverly managed,
Call to all but promises conveniently words reneged,

I am determined to halt the assault,
It is not the system but poets at fault,
Falling easy prey and like ice melt,
No agony, no pain and no regret felt,

This forum is like sacred temporal seat,
Here everybody come and own drums beat,
Submit the creation and eternal peace find,
It can be temple, church or mosque we don’t mind,

Very essence of spirit should not be destroyed,
No unholy practice or steps be employed,
Divinity in words always prayed and recited,
Nothing to amuse or get little excited,

There are many who can excel and shine,
But unfair practice keeps them at bay for while,
Why to stop them when they can go for extra mile,
For a sakes of few why to snatch a beautiful smile?

I know I may be singled out and malign,
But may not withdraw and merely resign,
Body brightens when remains put on consign,
The cause is good and welcome sign,

Let others not feel deprived and cheated,
They should find honourable place and seated,
New talents may find way and evenly flourish,
Not force on them untimely exit and perish
