Fly
I wish I could fly
Into the night sky
I would even die
For the chance to try
I'd strap on some wings
And numerous things
Myself I would fling
For the rush it would bring
In the end we're all liars
We're laughers and criers
My body's on fire
Strung taught like a wire
I'd fly through the night
All would feel right
What a beautiful sight!
As I experience flight
At the end of my rope
I simply can't cope
With the sky, I'll elope
Jump from a steep slope
As my hair seems to fly
Into the night sky
I have even died
For the chance to try
