Lost In The City

i thought i were bright enough to go anywhere
to meet anyone as i go
to explore the world on my own
but here i am in the city
feeling so confused
looking up and down
but there's no way out
everyone are passing by without stopping
there's no one i could turn to
i'm here yelling, screaming in the big city
tears burn my eyes
i called my friend emmanuela petit frere
but i no answer
my feet are tremble
my heart shook like an earthquake
my hand is cold as ice
what could i do
run, but where
cry, to who '
yell, at who
i take train to train
bus by bus
taxis by taxis
rain fell on me
over and over again
then i just realized that i was just dreaming
i lost in the city
