Bubbling up
from within
life giving,
quench my thirst.
Gathering in the grotto
spilling over its rim.
Trickle down,
a new begins.
Babbling brook.
Gentle stream.
Rapidly flowing river.
Ragging currents.
Frothy unsettled turbulence.
Under toe from beneath,
take
me
away.
Falling over rocks below.
Finding its way to open waters.
Great lakes
perhaps
beaver ponds.
Tributaries,
watersheds,
over abundance,
flood planes lie ahead.
Sediment washes away
to oceans
vast seas.
Sail upon them to distant shores,
explore the unknown.
Ebbing tide
called forth
mesmerizing moon.
Fathom deep
depths unknown.
Waves crashing ashore,
secluded bay
private lagoon.
Listen,
sirens song
calling.
Lift the Cong shell to your ear,
tell me
what
you
hear.
