As night sets in
As night sets in
A strange fear grips me
Loneliness keeps me awake
Throughout the night
Her memories haunt me
Keep coming to my mind
Every moment spent with her
Runs like a film
Eyes become wet
The heart cries
She departed
Leaving me alone
To fight with lonely nights
I know she is in heaven
Showering
Her blessings on me
To keep me alive
And fight
The battle of life
