Kindred Souls
Kindred souls we meet again,
this time now can we be friends?
I feel your eyes watching me,
were you a knight
courting Thee?
With feverish jealousy You took my Life,
I lost my power from your knife.
That was the past, I’m sure you know,
I must move on, I need to grow.
Back into my power for you took it away,
on that frightful day,
To be brought back to me on this Present day.
