Deep Songs
As life takes its course, full of adventure and wonder.
One day at a time, through laughter, joy even tears.
Holding on to one more moment, is our desire.
The human weakness and all its fears.
A mistaken love drives asunder.
Remembering the first smile that you shared.
A teasing feeling, deep within your mind.
Loosing all sense of reality takes control.
The perfect peaceful place did you find?
Or a path of pain, have you snared?
As you drift towards, that forbidden place.
Deeply dwelling in hopes and dreams!
Trembling sensitivity consumes your souls.
Growing closely as each day passes.
A happiness glow dominates your faces.
Before a mistaken act takes its toll.
Searching for that perfection we continuously seek.
Wondering if we captured what we want in life?
Enjoying each moment, or waisting our time?
But still we leap for that stolen moment.
