Every time i get over you
I tell myself that i can resist
I tell myself that i can forget
I tell myself that you dont exist
I tell myself that we have never met
But then i scense an arm upon my shoulder
And baby i just know it is you..
you whisper: that you'll be there when it gets colder
and i turn around and say: i hope you do
you gently caress my hair
And kiss me because you care
I hold you tight and promise not to let you go
but baby too little did and do i know
And i wake up once again..
With a smile and a little pain..
And i dont know who to blame..
But Everytime i get over you
you come back running to me
And Everytime i manage to get through
you wont simply set me free
