I love you so much that I cant even believe
it hurts if I think and when I breath
I’ve seen you touched you once in my dreams
I’ve shouted your name but you haven’t returned my screams

I am obsessed I am haunted when it comes to you
I’ll wait I am patient only because I am compelled to
I hear your voice minutes away I know your future not your past
those minutes seem like years till you get here then they turn too fast

I see your eyes I know an earthquake’s coming
I stand still I wont hide or even try running
you come close step by step your'e not even reluctant
you approach with no fear no second thoughts like it was meant

you walk near me you nearly pass me by
I grab your hand with anger and ask why
I ask when it will stop, when will it all come to an end
you said it wont you cant, your faithful you’ll even pretend

I knew you were right and I was wrong
I knew your feelings for me were strong
I asked you to betray I asked you to be mine only
you asked me to let go you crushed my dreams slowly

I released you and I released every other bird that day
I knew you’d leave my heart my cage but hope wished you’d stay
I lost you I lose everything I was poor but my tears were for free
I saw you once again with that fake smile on that same tree

I saw your invisible tears I heard your rushing heart
I listened to your silent words and from that day we are apart
I know now what you are I figured it all out I have answers to all
your faithful your devoted you’re a rare person still owning a soul
