Shadows drift over the cradle
And there in lies the future
Of possibilities yet to be explored
Of choices still unmade
Like seasons not yet passed
Lullabies tell of sweet memories
Just like stars tell of far away worlds
Little tear drops fall like rain
Glinting like shiny pearls
