How hard it is
For us to keep
Motivating -
Our youngsters
To do well, to excel
In sports, academics
And extra-curricular
Activities…
When we ourselves
Keep floundering
To make a success
Of our business,
Our office, our
Careers and our
Relationships…
Yet we don't learn
From our experiences…
And this endless cycle
Of make-belief goes on…
