Eczema
Your thoughts
Are like the
Itches of
Eczema
I scratch
Them away
They subside
For a while…
Then come back
Again with
Renewed force
And energy
Imposing
Themselves
On me
Thus begins
The
Never-ending
Cycle of
Itching and
Scratching…
How discomforting
How profusely
Tiring…
Yet
There are no
Steroids -
In this world
That can stop
The eczema
Of your
Thoughts
From
Resurfacing…
