Relations

We were all born,
With much pain,
To the one who bore us
And
To us,
Who were born.

We all came
Wailing our way
Into this world.
We are all
Destined
To wither away
Like the leaves of the fall.

But,
Till then,
Till we are green and strong,
Till we stick to the branches
Of the tree called
World.

We thrive.
Nurture ourselves
With the sap
Of life,
Called “love”.
Flowing in our blue veins
From the unseen,
Impalpable bonds.
Some of which,
We are born in,
Others we bore.
Some,
We are thrown into,
Others being co incidents
Or
“Accidents”.

We all know,
We will
One day
Disappear alone,
Never to rise again
As u, me, she or he.
But
these unseen
Impalpable bonds
among ourselves,
keeps us
Rooted
to the big tree
Of belonging,
Of being needed,
Of being cared for.
Making the tree
More green,
More strong,
More nourishing
For
“Generations”
Who will enter
This world
With much pain
Just like us
“Wailing”.
