Just know that I miss you,
And now I know the facts
That you were never married,
That it was just an act.
It really doesn't matter -
What has been done and said -
Just know that I love you
And I'm not quite mad.
Yes, I've seen through women -
The things that they would say -
But I would not believe them
Or give them time of day.
And if you really miss me,
You need not look too far,
Because I always loved you
For being who you are.
