For Pedro
it has
already been
forgotten
17 years
is too long
all the
marks of
the sands
have already
been
erased by
the sea
and wind
you think
that every
pebble is now
in its place
and that
the shore is
now ready
for a new
beginning
indeed it is
so
but who can forget
the salt
in the water
if forgiven
let it be so
but the broken
shells
remain to be so
their songs remain
sad
but no longer
vengeful
