we don't maintenance it because:
we don't use it
we don't need it
we think nothing will change
we think it always be there
we don't care
we don't see the benefit of it
we pretend not to see it
we think it's other's responsibility
we don't know how to handle it
we want to let it gone
we disturb by it
we don't want to be disturbed by it
we feel scared
