This Bridge
i've been working on this bridge
for half a century, maybe more
till i've become a part of it!
will it withstand the storms?
the battles? the trials and tribulations?
the weight of feet coming from,
and going to? will it stand?
i can only pray and my prayer
is a lifetime of work!
