Tears That Jesus Shed
get your degree in prison,
judgemental Christians,
convict you of the crime.
because your color's different,
you came from the tenements,
you're just not their kind.
or hang you from the rafters,
happy ever after,
you dont fit the mold.
sexual confusion,
forbidden communions,
love that you cant hold.
stamp the numbers on your head.
you're just one of the living dead....
one of the tears that Jesus shed....
one of the tears that Jesus shed!
