The Ink Will Blur
The ink will blur through the ages of time
but the words won't go away.
The thoughts that came from the writer's brain
never do go. They always stay
in the minds that read them time and again
and kept them in their heart.
They made an impression on anxious ones
who knew right from the start
that this life of ours is an exceptional one
where happiness and sorrow join
and try to balance the good and the bad
like the heads and tails of a coin.
Oh sweet world what is happening here?
What pleasure we could derive
if only we could shoot the words at these monsters,
they would know our souls survive.
