Small Tomato Sprawl Scrawl

SMALL TOMATO SPRAWL SCRAWL
Kindly refer to notes

We’re tomatoes [b]red together,
dependant on capricious weather
happy-go-lucky hell-for-leather
advancing, never asking whether
we’ll end in bird crop, rot, - whatever
providing seeds sprout on forever.

Read of the facts that history
recounts for all posterity.
Around five hundred years ago,
learn, inwardly digest, and know
cerasiforme – like a cherry –
appearance then, as tiny tree.

I sweeten myself the tea with honey

I sweeten myself the tea with honey
she sits quietly in the chair looking up at me
surprised to see my hand not trembling

it is so early in the morning that
the sun is slipping into her eyes
time enough to sprawl about a little longer
then it comes out of the sea

she is no longer sitting but looks at me
she has cold hands and the wall
between us was turning out translucent

Elephants

those elephants
I've never seen
thick
as incoherent dreams

born of clouds
they fill the sky

dim the sun

deflate

then lie

sprawl their skinprints
grey as tar

'tis shadowings

that's all they are

Design

The drop seeps whole
from boulder-lichen
or ledge moss and drops,

joining, to trickle,
run, fall, dash,
sprawl in held deeps,

to rush shallows, spill
thin through heights,
but then, edging,

to eddy aside, nothing
of all but nothing's
curl of motion spent.

I amongst the dappled green,

I amongst the dappled green,
Perceive a man his eyes a gleaming.
Still amongst the green I dream,
Lost upon my Journey.

I amongst the elder sages
Reveal an ignorance true of my age
Turning cycles, turning pages
Mellow within rage.

I upon the pillow sprawl
Brawling with the curtain call
I upon the Goddess call,
Praying for refrain.

A Flower To Auroville Mother-36

Zinnia, (Common zinnia
Botanical name: Zinnia elegans)

Zinnia, big and small and colours all
Single and double and semidouble
Zinnia of dwarf and medium and tall
For borders or pots cut and whole
Zinnia, no trouble in low, medium soil
With oval leaves rough yet beautiful
Zinnia, its essence to lighten the soul
For it's from sun's flowery sprawl

Scene From The Future's Web

Gorilla, man, have played their innings out,
Freeway turned to grass without a doubt
Spider, which waited long, will reign supreme.
Sirens silent, mankind just dust done dream
Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall all spiders scout
winging hummers, shawl fly caught, spun scheme
singing drummers' sprawl, spry sought fun theme!

Love In The Sunlight

we lie on the grass
in the late afternoon sunlight
the breeze rustles the leaves
of a scorched palm tree
hair sprawl on the grass
brown eyes look into blue eyes
blue eyes look into brown eyes
her fingers run though my hair
I close my eyes
I feel the warmth of the sun
I feel the sweetness of her fingers
running through my hair
it feels good
it feels right
our loves meet

Collected Verses On Nature

1 Elemental five essential
To Creator's cognition
Never given a denial

2 First torch from His wand
Our Sun His son
All creature's needful bond

3 Scorching parching nothing
Waxing waning but soothing
Symbol Moon full and loving

4 Silent sprawl triumphant stars
Sacred kids in His domain
Clashers of heavenly wars

5 They're His clay rolled
Thrown to roll spacewise
Rolled planets rolling ruled
