Quotes about snooze
Your Poppa's Pooped
Beginning to feel the strain,
From the same campaigns.
And up and down the river,
The pollution still flows.
Go away my child,
Your poppa's pooped.
Hoping that tomorrow will bring a new day,
But those with moping faces got their frowns on display.
Go away my child,
Your poppa's pooped.
Wishing to maintain and not lose gains.
But the problems do exist and it's a mind drain.
Go away my child,
Your poppa's pooped.

God's Secret Splendour!
It is the sunrise once again - that special moment when
The light of heaven warms the morning flowers!
The chorus of the sparrows flies round and round like arrows
In celebration of the dawning hours!
Plants with petals open wide in thanks for heat supplied,
And fragrance fills the very air itself!
City gents are on the march with shirtsleeves full of starch -
All business-like and on-the-look for wealth!
Young children, with a yawn, greet each new day with scorn -
With school, perhaps, the first thing on their minds!
The family pets awake! (Let them out for goodness sake!)
And so, you see, each brand new day unwinds...
Town gossips start to call, and give their very all,
As soon as they can sit beside a phone!
The pilgrims start to pray, petitions to relay,
And God gets an earache when the grim ones moan!
How few have seen the splendour of sunrise soft and tender -
Unparalleled in Nature’s vast array!
Late nights are our excuse - that’s why so many choose
To snooze and snooze and snooze... past break of day...

Staying Swift On My Feet Keeps Me Peaceful
You snooze you lose,
That's it.
I'm no longer in the business,
In keeping you updated...
As to what occurs,
In front of your doorstep.
I've had to break away from that habit,
That addicted you...
To select which objections,
You preferred to accept.
When you allowed them to happen.
And I annoyed you as you slept!
Oh no...
Some things in my life,
I just had to let go!
You snooze you lose,
That's it.
I'm no longer in the business,
In keeping you updated...

A Restful Sleep
I was sneaking off to sleep
and was waiting for my alarm to beep
and then I did weep,
with only three hours to sleep...
I could hear only
beep, beep, beep
From my bed I did ooze
and very quickly did press snooze,
crawled between my sheets,
fell into a restful sleep
until I heard a loud
beep, beep, beep
and once again, I did ooze
and once again, I did press snooze
but could not sleep
for all I could hear
was the tock, tock, tock
of the clock, clock, clock

Dazzle To Daze Those Awakening
There is nothing like a dose of truth,
To awaken the stubbornness...
Of a sleeping done,
Wishing to snooze through life.
There is nothing like it.
There is nothing like a pinch of salt,
That comes to sting a wound...
Healing on the effects of sugar and spice.
And all things created 'should' be nice and sweet.
While those homeless and hungry suffer,
From visions of living their reality living in the streets.
As those of gluttony and greed tease others,
With a taste of their theft with an acquired laziness kept!
There is nothing like a dose of truth,
To awaken the stubbornness...
Of a sleeping done,
Wishing to snooze through life.
There is nothing like it.

Pierre The Penquin
'I have just been swimming to catch my fish. I have 3, I love fish it is absolutely delicious, I don’t want them cooked, I can’t see the sense in that, I will eat them raw one by one and savor every bite. They are cold and slippery to slide down my throat. I will eat my fish first, then I might go for another swim, or I might go for a snooze for a while.'
Who knows?
Pierre the penguin has just been swimming,
to catch his evening meal.
He does not need a boat for this,
or a rod or reel.
He can swim very fast,
and catch his fish quite easily.
Pierre is well equipped for this,
has you all can see.
He has a flipper on each leg,
that makes him very strong.
So, when he goes swimming,
he can stay out there quite long.
The fish are cold and slippery,
to slide down Pierre's throat.

Lazy In Aruba
Life once had us running to the bank.
Banking on the prospect,
That investments in a future...
Would produce security.
Security fantasized,
To feed those whims and needs...
Afforded to please.
We believed that banking,
Was then a safe direction...
For a quality of life,
Respected to protect..
In quality ease!
If this was yesterday...
It would be okay,
To think about Aruba...
And snoozing on the beach.
If 'this' was yesterday...

You Snooze, You Lose
You snooze you're gonna lose and she won't want you back again
The way you keep on playin' is impossible to win
Soon you're gonna see you'll head to at the end
You're goin' to hit and miss
You snooze you lose baby
[Verse 1]
Hey boy you haven't been payin' attention to my friend,
I know you think you're the man the way you do your thang .
And I bet you're havin' fun when your hangin' with your boys.
Well your relationship with your girl is comin' to an end .
You keep thinkin' that she won't leave
but again

Countryside night
Turkeys and chickens
Snooze in the black locust—
The Moon nestled
Among the cherry plums
