Quotes about blur, page 7
At 65
Here I am almost 65.
In some ways only half alive.
Last week is just a blur;
A lot of memories never were.
Most movements have slowed down,
Though urinary tract has rebound.
My colon is much more rude;
No greasy, spicy… tasty food.
As I gaze in the mirror, I sadly see
A strange, old man squinting back at me.

Tortured Forms
Tortured forms wrought in panes,
of glass loom
as dust dances through the air,
forming slender beams of blur
in this darkened prison
As I kneel deeply my rough flesh,
on midnight hills,
cascades over
Pale and humps,
full scarlet,
test of blood,
of a rose flash thorn kissing.
Spectral moon hanging in the dusky air

A Life without Life
A life, a journey
without passion and affection
emptiness inside
gloominess outside
dreams fly away
reality is a blur
A life, a journey
without passion and affection
lying outside
dying inside
holding on to a belief
nothing but a dust
A life, a journey
without passion and affection
time passed by
nothing gained everything lost

A Purple Dragonfly
A purple dragonfly, just caught my eye.
A sharp contrast to the clear blue sky.
He lands on a twig to rest his wings,
Unmindful of danger, and all other things.
As I approach he takes to flight.
Those gossamer wings are a delight.
A purple blur in the twilight gloom,
Up, up, and away, listen to the zoom.

D'Railed
Endless prancing in a down pour of rain
Always hoping to dance in sunshine again
Try to speak but stutter in a fainted slur
Mirror image is fading into a tainted blur
Animated color feelings in a dull plush
Emotions all spread out in an open crush
Mentality smothering a simple physical task
Heart drowning spirit in a deep bloody bash

Fancies
From Wellington Terrace.
WHITE stars above, red stars beneath,
And o'er the bay the brooding hills:
No murmur, save a quiet breath
That faintly through the darkness thrills,
The bay with shadowed lights a-blur;
On high a glow that waves and wanes;
And through the city here and there
The red-lit streets—like living veins!

Black and White and the Grey in between.
Black as ebony, dark as night.
When right seems wrong and wrong seems right.
Grey and tar and wisps of smoke,
on thoughts we muddle, on tears we choke.
The lines that shape our world will blur and shift,
imaginary bridges where there are rifts.
Disappear and begone, the truth now shows,
yet it brings not joys, but brings us woes.

Back of the Car
Sat in the back of the car
By night, glancing out
At every passing star
By day the trees as they
Pass as a blur, watching the birds
Fly free.
Deep in thought with a
Plagued mind, full of sorrows,
Secrets and questions with
Desert mirage answers,
Looking with a lead weighted
Head and heart gazing out the
Back window of the car.

Glance At The Future
I always wondered
What would happen in the future
Somethings in the past
Seems to be like a blur
Always wondering
Would i find love the next day
But when that day came
I stayed the same way
Life is always filled
With alot of surprises
Seeking you future with sins
Is something God despises
Your future lies within the decisions you make.
